We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, all parts, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@beeviolet.com. You will be asked for certain information, and if your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer will assume the cost of returning the package.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as swimsuits and underwear). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Product exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund was approved within 15 days. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
